If you’re handling a probate or trust property anywhere across the Inland Empire or Los Angeles County, start here to find the county-level orientation and city-specific guidance for your area. Alex Gonzalez provides bilingual probate and trust real-estate education and property coordination across Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Los Angeles County.
Choose your county
- Riverside County: probate court orientation and guidance for all 21 approved Riverside County cities, from Riverside and Moreno Valley to the Coachella Valley and Temecula Valley communities.
- San Bernardino County: probate court orientation and guidance for all 18 approved San Bernardino County cities, from the Inland Empire west/central cities near Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga to the High Desert communities of Adelanto and Apple Valley.
- Los Angeles County: probate court orientation and guidance for all 30 approved Los Angeles County cities and service areas, from the San Gabriel Valley to the Southeast/Harbor/South Bay area to the Antelope Valley.
Why start with your county
Each county runs its own Superior Court Probate Division, with its own courthouse locations, filing procedures, and local nuances: the real-estate side of an inherited or trust property often looks similar from city to city within a county, but the court process doesn’t automatically transfer across county lines. Starting with the county hub gets you the correct court orientation before narrowing down to city-specific guidance, rather than guessing based on a city’s ZIP code or its nearest-sounding courthouse name.
Each county’s superior court publishes its own information for the public: the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the Superior Court of Riverside County, and the Superior Court of San Bernardino County. Your attorney determines which court handles your case.
What each county hub covers
Every county hub page explains:
- Which Superior Court Probate Division handles matters for that county, and where hearings are held
- How to confirm the correct filing or hearing location for a specific case
- Links to every approved city and service-area page within that county, each with city-specific housing/zoning context where available
