Alex Gonzalez, whose site this Privacy Policy covers
Alex Gonzalez — MGR Real Estate

This Privacy Policy explains what information Probate Help SoCal collects when you visit
this site or use one of its forms, how that information is used, and how long it’s kept.
It applies to this website only — it doesn’t cover any other site or service
Alex Gonzalez or MGR Real Estate may operate.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you give us directly. When you fill out the Request a Conversation form,
the Inherited Property Checklist form, or contact us by phone or email, we collect what
you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and
a short description of your situation. We do not ask you to submit legal documents,
financial records, or other sensitive files through any form on this site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses analytics
tools (Google Analytics and related Google services) to understand general visitor
behavior — which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, and similar aggregate
patterns. This is standard web-traffic data; it isn’t used to identify you personally. See Google’s own privacy policy for how Google Analytics handles data on its side.

Analytics and your choice. Analytics cookies and measurement from Google Analytics are turned on only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you choose Reject, no analytics tag loads. When analytics are on, we count actions such as submitting a contact form, clicking the phone number, or switching language, using general categories only. These counts never include your name, email, phone number, or what you type in a message.

Text messages. If you check the text-message box on a form, we use the phone number you provide to text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any service. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How we use your information

Information submitted through a form is used only to respond to your inquiry — to follow
up on a conversation request, deliver the checklist you requested, or answer a question
you asked. We don’t use your contact information for unrelated marketing, and we don’t
sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Aggregate analytics data helps us understand how people use the site so we can keep the
guides and navigation useful — it isn’t tied to your name or contact details.

How long we keep your information

Information submitted through a form — whether from a homeowner, heir, or attorney/
fiduciary inquiry — is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which
it is purged. This period is intended to cover a realistic probate or trust sale timeline,
plus a reasonable follow-up window, without holding your information indefinitely.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate: a form-handling plugin
to process submissions, and Google’s analytics and search-console tools to measure site
performance. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that
passes through their systems; we use them only for the purposes described above.

Your choices

You’re never required to fill out a form to read anything on this site — every guide,
glossary entry, and checklist description is available without submitting your
information. If you’ve submitted a form and would like your information deleted sooner
than the standard retention period, or have any other question about your data, contact
Alex Gonzalez at [email protected] or 310-365-9450.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from
anyone under 18.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated”
date. We won’t use information collected under an earlier version of this policy in a way
that’s materially inconsistent with the terms in effect at the time it was collected,
without your consent.

Questions about this Privacy Policy

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled,
contact Alex Gonzalez at [email protected] or 310-365-9450.
